Single Girder Gantry Crane
Application :
Single girder Gantry crane is a regular crane widely used in open ground and warehouses for loading and unloading materials.
Features:
- Overload protective device to prevent hoisting of loads exceeding its rated capacity
- Limit switch to prevent overhoisting and overlowering
- 2 step Limit switch to prevent overtransversing and overtravelling
- Safety latch on the hook
- Audible signaling device which activates when the crane moves
- Rotating light which activates when the crane moves
- Flexible flat cable festoon system for cross travel power supply and mobile control along the crane bridge
- Push buttons pendant complete with control cable and moveable terminal box
Optional:
- Antisway to minimise excessive swinging of the load carried
- Under voltage and over current protection
- 4 no’s of sensor used in four corners of gantry crane to detect the presence of human or object in the proximities
- Phase loss detection relay which cut-off main contactor when any one phase failure
- Handrails across the span on both girders

A-FRAME PORTAL CRANE
Application :
A-frame gantry cranes, also known as A-frame cranes or light duty gantry cranes are suitable for a range of applications. Typically these are small portal gantry cranes for lighter duty lifting requirements.
