Product Overview
Interlift battery operated glass trolley transporters are designed for the safe, efficient, and damage-free movement of glass panels, insulated glass units, and other fragile sheet materials. These transporters are ideal for glazing workshops, construction sites, and glass processing facilities where precision handling and operator safety are essential.
Powered by a 48V maintenance-free battery system with onboard charging, the transporter eliminates manual pushing and reduces the risk of back and shoulder injuries associated with moving heavy glass trolleys. The dual-joystick wireless remote gives the operator full control of traction (X & Y movement) and rotation/steering, so a single operator can manoeuvre the trolley through tight spaces and around site obstacles without touching the glass.
Available in load capacities from 300 kg to 1,000 kg, with adjustable frame widths to accommodate different glass panel sizes. A colour touchscreen battery capacity manager displays real-time voltage, current, remaining charge, runtime, and temperature — helping operators plan charging and avoid downtime.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the load capacity of the glass trolley transporter?
Our battery operated glass trolley transporters are available in capacities from 300 kg to 3,000 kg as standard. Higher capacities can be custom-engineered upon request.
Does the transporter require an external power supply?
No. The transporter runs on a 48V maintenance-free battery system with onboard charging. It can be operated entirely on battery power, making it fully mobile. Charging is via a standard 110V or 230V AC supply.
How is the glass trolley transporter controlled?
The transporter is operated via a dual-joystick wireless remote control. Joystick 1 controls X&Y traction movement (forward/back, left/right), while Joystick 2 controls rotation and steering (clockwise/counter-clockwise). An onboard touchscreen panel also provides transporter parameter control.
What is the self-check and why does it take 20 seconds?
When the transporter power switch and emergency stop button are turned on, the drive wheels enter a self-check state for about 20 seconds. This confirms that all drive and safety systems are functioning correctly. The drive can only be started after the self-check is complete.
When should I charge the battery?
Charge the transporter immediately when the battery level drops below 30%. The touchscreen Battery Capacity Manager displays current battery level, remaining charge, and available runtime so you can plan charging.
Can the transporter handle slopes and gradients?
Yes. The transporter is designed with gradual acceleration and deceleration, allowing smooth movement over entry slopes and gradients without sharp movements that could damage glass.
What safety features are included?
Standard safety features include a remote emergency stop, an onboard emergency stop, overload protection, and an anti-collision buffer. Optional gradient monitoring provides real-time feedback on slopes.
What does the touchscreen display show?
The Samkoon colour touchscreen displays current voltage, current amp, current power, single battery capacity, available time in the current state, current battery level, remaining battery power, electricity used per use, runtime, temperature, and brightness.
Do you provide installation and maintenance?
Yes, we offer full installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance services. Our team provides 24/7 technical support and spare parts. After-sales hotline: 6899 6633.
